Mental skills' coaching is a form of Sport Psychology that is educational in nature, not therapy. It teaches athletes independence, builds confidence, helps to set appropriate & attainable goals, improves focus, resiliency, concentration, visualization, increases attention to detail, establish rituals & routines that help the athlete to perform optimally, during the physical challenge of sport.
